05Delivery & partnership

Keep good work moving.

Bring structure to a complex project with clear priorities, coordinated delivery and a practical plan for what happens after launch.

R/D — 05   /   Delivery & partnership
R/DThe starting point

A strong idea still needs a path to delivery.

When a project crosses design, technology and business teams, small decisions can become long delays. We help connect the work, clarify who needs to decide and keep the next milestone visible. The aim is shared understanding from the first brief through launch and ongoing improvement.

Outcome / 01

Clearer priorities

Connect the work to a defined business need and make the most important next decision visible.

Outcome / 02

Coordinated delivery

Give teams a shared view of dependencies, responsibilities and the work needed for the next milestone.

Outcome / 03

A useful handover

Prepare the documentation, access and ownership needed to keep the project working after launch.

02Scope

What we make.

Work with us on a defined launch, a project that needs direction or an ongoing program of improvements.

  1. 01

    Project direction

Brief development, scope definition and prioritization to turn a broad ambition into an actionable plan.

  2. 02

    Delivery coordination

Milestones, dependencies, review points and decision ownership across the people involved in the work.

  3. 03

    Launch preparation

A practical readiness plan covering the agreed content, product checks, access and operational responsibilities.

  4. 04

    Ongoing improvement

A prioritized backlog, documented handover and a clear discussion of support or future development needs.

03Working together

The process.

Agree the destination, make progress visible and leave the next team prepared.

  1. 01

    Establish the shared brief

We bring the relevant people together around the objective, constraints and current state. Scope and responsibilities are made explicit before the plan is expanded.

  2. 02

    Coordinate the next milestone

Work is organized around dependencies and reviewable outputs. Decisions, feedback and changes are kept connected to the project priorities.

  3. 03

Launch and plan the next steps

We work through readiness and handover, then identify the most useful improvements to consider next. Ongoing support is agreed around the needs of the business.

R/DOur approach

A partnership you can follow.

You should know what is being worked on, what needs your input and what a change means for delivery. We make the thinking and responsibilities visible so your team can take part in decisions with the right context. Design and technical work remain connected throughout.

04Before we start

Questions.

Can you join a project that is already underway?+

Yes. We begin by understanding the current work, team, commitments and outstanding decisions. That review helps define where additional direction or delivery support will be useful.

Can you work with our internal team or other partners?+

The engagement can be scoped around an existing team. Clear responsibilities, communication and review points are especially important when several partners are involved.

Is ongoing support included?+

Ongoing support is agreed explicitly in the proposal. We define what is covered, who is responsible and how additional work is planned.

What do you need to get started?+

Share the goal, current project status, key people and any fixed deadlines. Existing plans or open questions are useful, even if the brief is still taking shape.
